There is no charge for candidates using the website. Candidates may browse for job vacancies without registering or logging in. Recruiters
Recruiters (direct employers or agencies) can buy credits to pay for job postings. Credits may be bought in blocks of 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100. Each credit allows one job to be posted for one week. Two credits can either be 1 job for 2 weeks or 2 jobs for one week and so on. Recruiters may also take advantage of the unlimited job posting packages. Recruiters are then able to post as many jobs as they wish for a specific period.
An email is sent to up to 100 of the most suitable candidates in the database the moment a vacancy is posted on the website. In addition, the vacancy is available for potential candidates to view and apply for online. This means that recruiters can start to receive applications for the vacancies immediately.
Recruiters may browse the skills and qualifications of candidate profiles without registering or logging in. However, should they wish to contact a candidate directly or see more details of an individual's skills and qualifications, they will need to click here and complete the registration process.
Recruiters may also take advantage of the CV/Resume search facility which is available at an extra cost. This allows clients to search the database for suitable candidates.
