Work to improve the transport network for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and beyond is three quarters complete since beginning in December 2006.
It is expected to be completed by the end of December 2010 when access and capacity improvements at Stratford Regional and West Ham stations are finished.
In addition to permanent improvements, such as new lifts, platforms, railcars and stations, work is well underway on planning services to meet the additional demand for transport during the Games.
The ODA is the public body responsible for developing and building the new venues and infrastructure for the Games and their use after 2012.
Chairman John Armitt admitted that moving tens of thousands of spectators, athletes, media, officials and Games workers in the summer of 2012 was "a huge logistical challenge".
However, he added that work was on track for completing the transport improvements.
